Tracking down the severed remains of Dribbles the Clown is one of the most notoriously intricate side quests in Baldur's Gate 3. Triggered during Act 3 in Rivington, players must search the sprawling city to collect seven distinct body parts scattered across crime scenes and hidden basements. Completing this gruesome scavenger hunt rewards players with powerful items and concludes a memorable storyline.

Starting the Quest in Rivington

The quest officially begins at the Circus of the Last Days in Rivington. After confronting the doppelganger posing as Dribbles on stage, players learn that the real entertainer has been dismembered. Speaking with Lucretious, the circus ringleader, officially tasks your party with locating all seven pieces to earn a valuable reward.

Locating the First Body Parts in Rivington

The first part, Dribbles' Hand, can be found right in the circus grounds on a plate next to the kobold merchant Popper. Players can use stealth, skill checks, or purchasing options to secure the hand without inciting a fight. The second part, Dribbles' Torso, is hidden in the cave system directly underneath the Open Hand Temple. Defeating the doppelgangers in the subterranean tunnels allows you to loot the torso from their victim's corpse.

Searching Homes Across the Lower City

Moving into the Lower City reveals four more body parts hidden inside residential basements. The Pelvis is located inside a locked house with a blue door just north of the Basilisk Gate waypoint. Heading east from Sorcerous Sundries leads to Peartree's House, where breaking through the boarded door reveals a basement hatch containing the Severed Arm. Meanwhile, the Severed Leg is hidden in the basement of Lavernica's House, and the Severed Foot resides in the basement of Rainforest's Home.

Retrieving the Final Piece and Completing the Quest

The final and most dangerous piece to retrieve is Dribbles' Head, located deep within the Undercity Ruins. Navigating through the sewers toward the Temple of Bhaal requires surviving tough combat encounters against cultists. Once you reach the area north of the temple waypoint, the head can be looted from a pile of corpses. Returning all seven severed pieces to Lucretious at the circus finishes the quest and rewards the party with the Spellmight Gloves.
